Hi all am vedha, welcome to my world of cooking. My cooking journey started when I was fourth grade. I cooked during holidays, with my moms step by step instructions. It went serious when I have to stay away from home due to job. Its a tough thing to come up with a menu for all breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. That's when I started my quest finding new dishes to cook. The journey took an interesting turning point after my marriage, when I have to cook all the traditional dishes during the festivals and special occasions.
Then slowly I took more interest in baking and tried something which are unusual to cook in home. Since we are vegetarians, and don't eat onion, garlic either, I started cooking everything at home. Here comes the toughest part, finding an egg less cake. Even if we get, they are costly and hence started my journey of making cakes, and cookies for my daughter..Loads of praising from my family and friends motivated me to try more dishes day by day and innovate some new ones....So thought of sharing those recipes with you all...
